President Obama calls Scott Kelly as the astronaut flies back to the United States, and Dr. Jill Biden meets him on the tarmac to welcome him home. Alongside military kids from Maryland, Dr. Biden tours the NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas, before greeting Scott Kelly alongside his family on the tarmac.
